Over the years, she navigated various roles with grace and determination including Director of Group Homes, where she pioneered a dynamic program that became the model throughout the state and finally as Executive Vice President, where she oversaw all of adult mental health programming.
More than her professional achievements, Vicki is known for her kindness, warmth, and genuine care for the community she served. Colleagues remember her as a mentor and a friend, someone who consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every individual received the best possible support and care.
